We are looking for a hands-on, product-oriented and highly motivated Product Analyst to join our data team. As a Product Analyst you will play a central role in guiding the product work in Lumen. You’ll be responsible for helping the product teams to make data driven decisions by turning data into insights and insights into business decisions and product features. While working closely with different stakeholders in the company, you’ll be assessing the business and product needs, building the infrastructure, finding new opportunities, and supplying insights for the various product efforts. Responsibilities: - Become an authority in analyzing and solving complex business and product problems - Own the data and analytics side of the product through the various stages: finding new opportunities, feature planning, feature testing and feature analysis - Help develop and improve the product analytics methodology - Define and analyze A/B tests to optimize product performance and understand user behavior - Interpret & communicate insights and trends to key company stakeholders - Develop and monitor company KPIs and other business metrics - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and prioritize data and product initiatives - Be a major contributor to building the data organization and data strategy in Lumen as the company grows
- 3+ years experience as a product / data / business analyst, with at least 1+ years experience in the product domain - Hands-on SQL skills and a strong technical orientation Strong analytical skills, business thinking and user understanding - Experience with event-based data and analytics platform (e.g. Mixpanel, Google Analytics or equivalent) - Hands-on data visualization experience with BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, …) - Proactive, self-starter and self-learner with the ability to solve complex problems - Strong team player - Experience from B2C products or companies – an advantage - B.A / B.Sc in a highly quantitative field e.g. engineering / computer science / economics / statistic / etc. – an advantage - Knowledge or interest in nutrition / metabolism / health – an advantage
