We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes community and social media. At Zell.life, you will be responsible for creating engaging content and events for our growing community. You will develop and execute the social media strategy, events, with full ownership and creative responsibility. - Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
- Provide engaging text, image, and video content for social media accounts
- Respond to alumni queries in a timely manner
- Monitor, report, and act on feedback
- Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
- Ensure that operational activities remain on time as planned and within budget
- Event planning and production within time limits
- Coordinate between the Zell Program, Zell.life, and marketing strategies to ensure brand consistency
- Build relationships with alumni
- Create and maintain relationships with potential partners and industry professionals
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
- Create beautiful and clear data visualizations and marketing infographics for internal and external use
- 2-3 Years of proven work experience as a community manager
- Creative and analytical mindset - a must.
- Native English (verbal & written) - a must
- Track record of hands-on experience in social media content creation and growing social media channels.
- Hands-on experience in social media trend-spotting and analytics.
- Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series, and writing an email newsletter)
- Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events)
- Excellent verbal communication skills

- Hands-on experience with social media management for brands
